Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees via phone, email, and in-person requests
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems including desktops and printers
- Document all IT incidents, resolutions, and asset management in ticketing systems
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic security protocols
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and process improvement initiatives
- Deliver end-user training on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
