Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and automation
- Lead Kubernetes deployments and CI/CD pipeline optimizations
- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Collaborate with SRE teams on resilience planning and incident response
- Drive cloud security best practices and compliance initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers through technical workshops and code reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS/Azure and Kubernetes
- Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
- Strong understanding of networking (VPCs, VPNs, DNS) and security principles
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation scripting
- CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- AWS/Azure certifications (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems with minimal supervision
