Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure/GCP multi-cloud architectures with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Automate infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Optimize cloud costs through intelligent resource allocation and monitoring
- Lead CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Implement robust security frameworks including IAM, VPC design, and compliance auditing
- Provide 24/7 on-call support with incident response leadership
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure certification
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong understanding of networking (VPC, VPN, DNS, Load Balancing)
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring (Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and IaC principles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions
