Responsibilities

- Oversee the research and development pipeline for future product features, ensuring feasibility and market readiness.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with global regulations and industry standards.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.
- Partner with talent acquisition to build a world-class team of data scientists and engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a major tech organization.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term product or technology roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
