Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced machine learning models specifically for robotics control and perception.
- Lead the architecture of end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment on edge devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to define the roadmap for Project 2026.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Research emerging paradigms in quantum computing and neural networks to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all systems comply with ethical AI guidelines and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) and computer vision libraries (OpenCV).
- Demonstrated ability to work with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
