Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of state-of-the-art generative models (LLMs, Diffusion Models, and Multimodal Systems).
- Architect novel neural network architectures to improve inference speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready AI systems.
- Contribute to open-source communities and publish high-impact papers in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates in advanced deep learning techniques.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and interpretability in model training.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a strong understanding of GPU computing.
- Proven track record of publishing in AI conferences and demonstrating breakthrough results in Natural Language Processing.
- Strong foundation in deep learning principles, attention mechanisms, and transformer architectures.
- Experience with distributed training systems and high-performance computing clusters.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
