Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of novel AI algorithms focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into practical, deployable products.
- Stay at the forefront of the AI industry by conducting rigorous literature reviews and benchmarking against state-of-the-art models.
- Ensure all research adheres to ethical guidelines and bias mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in research roles, with a proven track record of publications in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong background in statistical modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
