Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for multi-agent systems using LLMs and reinforcement learning.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve agent reasoning, planning, and tool-use capabilities.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost for high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research breakthroughs into consumer-facing features.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering and agent evaluation frameworks.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in NLP, LLMs, or AI research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agent orchestration tools.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and MLOps pipelines.
