Responsibilities
- Define Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural design for our proprietary AI models, ensuring scalability and readiness for deployment by 2026.
- Quantum Integration: Research and prototype the integration of quantum algorithms into traditional machine learning workflows to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead Engineering Teams: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of neural networks and reduce latency in high-frequency trading and predictive analytics systems.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor advancements in AI and quantum computing to keep our technology stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Deep knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit).
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A track record of inventing new algorithms or technologies.
