Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompt engineering strategies for LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, and Bard to maximize output quality and relevance.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and data analysis to refine prompt structures and reduce hallucination rates in generated content.
- Create comprehensive documentation and libraries of prompt templates for various business use cases, from customer support automation to creative writing.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and product managers to integrate prompt-driven features into scalable AI applications.
- Mentor junior prompt engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technical team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computational Linguistics, or AI/ML engineering.
- Proven expertise in using and fine-tuning Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Strong command of Python and JavaScript, with experience in API integration.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a deep understanding of nuance, tone, and context in human language.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable prompts for AI models.
