What You'll Do:
We are looking for a designer who is obsessed with the user journey. You will work on end-to-end product designs, ensuring our digital presence stands out in the competitive Colorado market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Design wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Create intuitive navigation structures and information architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency.
- Present design proposals and iterations to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent visual design and typography skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
