Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing and model training.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in the fields of Reinforcement Learning and Neuro-symbolic AI.
- Optimize model inference for real-time applications, ensuring low latency and high accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and evaluate their applicability to our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models.
