Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and modern frameworks.
- Lead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build robust MLOps pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI engineering.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a high-growth startup.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
