Key Responsibilities
Your mission will be to drive the technical vision of our AI division. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable machine learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning architectures and deep learning models for 2026-era applications.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technical specifications and roadmap strategies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale AI projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
