Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI infrastructure for next-gen applications and neural networks.
- Oversee R&D initiatives focused on predictive analytics, autonomous decision-making models, and futuristic UI/UX paradigms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and hardware engineers to integrate BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) concepts.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all new deployments.
- Define technical standards and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++ with proven experience deploying complex machine learning models.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and neural network architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
