Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product cycle, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Pioneering AI Integration: Architect and oversee the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core business processes.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Technical Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Scalability & Performance: Ensure all architectural decisions lead to systems that are scalable, secure, and resilient.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying future tech trends and successfully integrating them into long-term business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
