Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, robust AI systems and infrastructure that support our 2026 product roadmap.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize existing models for performance, latency, and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI development, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and driving innovation in a dynamic environment.
