Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI Strategy for 2026, aligning technical roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Develop comprehensive Ethical Frameworks and governance policies for Generative AI and Machine Learning models.
- Conduct rigorous impact assessments on new AI deployments to mitigate bias and ensure fairness.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to communicate complex technical risks and opportunities in plain language.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster a culture of responsible innovation across the engineering team.
- Monitor global regulatory trends to ensure Aether Dynamics remains compliant and ahead of the curve.
- Advocate for transparency and explainability in automated decision-making systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI Ethics, or Policy making.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of working with executive leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes in the tech sector.
