- Strategic Governance: Establish and oversee internal governance models that ensure compliance with future regulatory standards and international norms.
- Impact Analysis: Conduct rigorous impact assessments on autonomous systems and data-driven decision-making tools to mitigate societal risks.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, ethicists, and product managers in strategic planning sessions focused on future tech.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with regulators, investors, and the public to communicate our ethical stance on cutting-edge innovations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI Ethics, or Policy Development within a major tech organization.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and the potential trajectories of AI development.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and their ethical implications before they become mainstream.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
