Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models focused on Generative AI and NLP.
- Lead the architecture of large-scale GPU clusters and training pipelines to optimize for 2026 performance standards.
- Research and implement novel techniques to improve model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user-facing features.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a strong understanding of deep learning architectures.
- Experience deploying models in production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and calculus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
