Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling high-throughput inference loads.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models to reduce latency and improve accuracy for real-time applications.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate the 2026 technical roadmap into concrete engineering milestones and deliverables.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into core product features.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and LLM deployment strategies.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
