Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning frameworks.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and generalization capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI models into real-world applications seamlessly.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, focusing on low-latency inference and cost-effective training.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, LLMs, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
