Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale neural networks for complex real-world applications.
- Architect robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model scalability, reliability, and continuous deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and reduce inference latency.
- Monitor model performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement and bias mitigation.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a high-performance technical culture.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (depending on specialization).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
