Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning pipelines.
- Optimize model performance for inference latency and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to define AI requirements and drive product innovation.
- Conduct research on emerging algorithms and frameworks to improve model accuracy and robustness.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model monitoring, retraining, and governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of NLP (Transformers, BERT) or Computer Vision architectures.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
