- Research & Development: Drive the R&D strategy for the 2026 Initiative, exploring novel algorithms in quantum computing and neural-symbolic integration.
- System Optimization: Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency, ensuring deployment on distributed cloud environments.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product and research leads to define technical roadmaps and solve complex engineering bottlenecks.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure adherence to global AI ethics standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Passion: Deep passion for the future of AI and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.
