Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on next-generation machine learning models and predictive analytics.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the architectural vision for AI integration across all product lines, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Optimize Neural Architectures: Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Guide Engineering Teams: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI development and mitigate algorithmic bias.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- System Design: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices design patterns.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale problems with innovative engineering solutions.
