- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, ethicists, and security experts to align technical solutions with business goals and ethical standards.
- Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference costs and improve model latency for real-time applications.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art models in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a history of solving complex architectural challenges.
