Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI and machine learning systems.
- Develop and optimize deep learning models for complex, real-world problems.
- Oversee the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise software.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards (AI Governance).
- Conduct cutting-edge research to explore emerging AI trends and technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to delivery.
