Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and deploy robust, scalable architectures for LLMs and autonomous agents expected to be industry standards by 2026.
- Lead Research & Development: Oversee the development of proprietary algorithms focusing on multimodal learning and human-AI interaction.
- Optimize Performance: Drive efficiency improvements in training pipelines, reducing latency and computational costs while maximizing model accuracy.
- Guide Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and regulatory standards.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced AI solutions seamlessly into existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks.
- Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Architecture: Demonstrated ability to design large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for AI workloads.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, open-ended engineering problems.
