Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for next-gen AI workloads.
- Design Future-Proof Systems: Architect distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data and integrating quantum-ready hardware stacks.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the integration of advanced Machine Learning models into core enterprise platforms, optimizing for low-latency and high-throughput environments.
- Establish Standards: Create and enforce architectural best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge IoT) and provide strategic recommendations for adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record architecting solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and serverless technologies.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Experience with or strong interest in quantum computing interfaces, edge computing, and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives.
