Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure.
- Lead the research, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art neural network models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance and reduce latency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
