Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level system architecture for large-scale AI models and data pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with the CTO and product teams to define the technical vision and 2026 technology roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment, fine-tuning, and optimization of LLMs and generative AI models to maximize performance and reduce latency.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data engineering, product management, and security teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into the broader software ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
