- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research, training, and deployment of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- System Optimization: Design efficient inference pipelines and optimize computational resources for real-time, low-latency processing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate complex AI concepts into production-ready software.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement robust frameworks to ensure AI safety, fairness, and compliance with emerging global regulations.
- Talent Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior data scientists and AI engineers.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
- LLM Experience: Proven track record of fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and deploying LLMs at scale.
- System Architecture: Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems design.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
