Responsibilities

- Research & Development: Spearhead cutting-edge research in Generative AI and Quantum Machine Learning to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Continuously refine model performance and reduce latency to ensure real-time user experiences.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate them into elegant technical solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact projects on time.
