Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Solutions: Design and implement advanced machine learning architectures tailored for 2026 requirements, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI pipelines.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive performance optimization across models, focusing on inference speed, memory efficiency, and energy consumption.
- R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Future-Ready Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, and emerging trends in AGI (Artificial General Intelligence).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
