Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI architectures, specifically focusing on Multi-Agent Systems and LLM orchestration for 2026 standards.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of emerging trends in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and edge computing.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, ensuring they can handle enterprise-scale data volumes.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
