Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML systems and infrastructure to support future product roadmaps.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements and architectural standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of data within all AI systems.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience deploying production-grade machine learning models and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
