Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure designed for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists.
- Drive research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms (e.g., LLMs, Transformers, Reinforcement Learning).
- Optimize model latency and throughput for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale models to production environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineering teams.
