Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models utilizing the proprietary 2026 Protocol stack.
- Optimize neural architectures for hybrid quantum-classical computing environments and high-performance GPU clusters.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms, including advanced Transformer variants and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs).
- Mentor a team of elite AI engineers, conducting code reviews and establishing technical best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into autonomous systems and real-time data pipelines.
- Drive the technical roadmap, ensuring the 2026 architecture remains future-proof and scalable.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a specialization in AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of published papers or deployed commercial products.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with CUDA is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Quantum Computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or simulation tools is a major plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
