Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing by 2026.
- Lead the R&D efforts in Generative AI, focusing on multimodal capabilities and autonomous agents.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring of AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Identify potential risks in AI model bias and security vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is highly preferred.
