Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI systems capable of handling real-time data streams and massive scale.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel generative models and NLP algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, MLOps, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance audits to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (5+ years of relevant industry experience).
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one major deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven experience designing scalable microservices and cloud-native applications on AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
