Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure aligned with 2026 industry standards and emerging regulatory frameworks.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on Generative AI optimization, edge computing, and neural interface technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps that anticipate market shifts and technological breakthroughs.
- Optimize legacy systems for seamless integration with next-generation AI models.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for future-proofing codebases.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems on tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their potential applications by 2026.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
