Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Agentic workflows using Python, LangChain, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Develop sophisticated memory and planning modules to enhance autonomous agent decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate the 2026 strategic roadmap into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior AI engineers and data scientists.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for high-performance, low-latency deployment.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation strategies for AI agents to ensure reliability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces) into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years focused on LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex, large-scale AI products.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for the future of technology.
