Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making and complex task execution.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on advanced LLM integration and agent orchestration.
- Optimize inference latency and throughput for high-volume autonomous workflows to ensure real-time performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on the product vision for next-gen AI infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of agent behaviors to ensure reliability, safety, and ethical alignment.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the AI research division.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and semantic search.
- Strong grasp of system design principles and distributed systems.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
