Responsibilities
- Design Excellence: Create high-fidelity, pixel-perfect 2D graphics, illustrations, and icons for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate concepts into scalable design systems.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring visual cohesion.
- Motion & Animation: Develop subtle 2D animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
- Asset Management: Organize and manage design libraries to ensure efficient handoff to development teams.
- Research: Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, graphic design, or visual arts.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and prototyping tools.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing 2D illustration, iconography, and UI design.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Technical: Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
