Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior 2D Motion Designer to join Creative Pulse. In this role, you will transform static concepts into dynamic, engaging visual experiences that resonate with our global audience. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure our storytelling is consistent, high-quality, and technically optimized for all platforms.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations for web, mobile, and social media campaigns.
- Create storyboards and animatics to visualize concepts before production begins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Marketing, Developers) to align visual assets with product goals.
- Optimize animations for performance and ensure compatibility across different devices and browsers.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system and animation libraries.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior designers on best practices and animation principles.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with vector-based animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Lottie) is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, squash and stretch) and composition.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in a second language is a bonus.
