Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into engaging visual narratives.
- Optimize animated assets for performance and ensure compatibility across all devices and browsers.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency in animation timing and easing.
- Present creative concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in motion design and user experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Figma, Adobe After Effects, and GSAP.
- Strong understanding of principles of animation, timing, and easing.
- Experience working with developers to implement motion via code.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating a range of motion styles and projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
