Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Architecture: Define and implement the long-term technical vision for 2026 Global, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design & Scalability: Design robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems capable of handling millions of concurrent users.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the migration and management of cloud-native architectures on AWS and Azure.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, evaluating their potential application to our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with deep expertise in distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
