Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion funnels
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Conduct competitive audits and stay current with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
