Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts for new features
- Perform regression testing to ensure product stability
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement reports
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and release planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST-assured)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written communication for documenting test cases and reports
